Chili Macaroni and Cheese

This is another one of my older son’s favorite dinner dishes. He clearly loves pasta! Normally I make it in the crock pot, but today I forgot to plan ahead. 


1 lb. ground beef browned with half pkg. of Chili Seasoning

1 can Rotel

1 pkg. noodles

1 can Black Beans (you can also use chili beans or kidney beans, this is just what we had) rinse and drain the beans. 

2 cups shredded cheese

1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce

Remainder of Chili Seasoning Package 

After browning the ground beef, drain grease and set aside. In a large pot soften your noodles according to the noodle package. 

After straining all excess water add the remaining ingredients and stir until the cheese is melted.
