Sunday Morning Rolls

Sunday Morning Rolls – Much like Cinnamon Rolls, but easier to make!

Mix together:

1/4 c. oil

1 egg

1/3 c. milk

Then add:

1 1/2 c. flour

1 3/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 c. sugar

Mix well and knead.  Roll out on floured cupboard to 1/4 inch thickness.

Mix: 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/8 cup melted butter.  Spread on top and roll up the dough like cinnamon rolls.  In an 8×8 or 9×9 pan mix 1/8 cup melted butter and 1/8 cup nuts (if desired).  Cut rolls and place in pan.  Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
