Weekly Menu

Weekly Dinner Menu Two

This week, I am feeling a little under the weather.  With this in mind, I will probably keep dinner’s simple for myself.

Monday: Crock Pot Taco Soup (find my recipe on the site here)

Tuesday: Dorito Casserole.  I saw this recipe in Facebook on the Food Recipes page.  You can find them here https://www.facebook.com/Food-Recipes-653277631478641/?fref=ts&ref=br_tf Dorito Casserole

Wednesday: Ground Beef and Potatoes.  This recipe is very simple, I just brown some ground beef with Montreal Steak Seasoning, then add potatoes that have been roasted to the mix.  I usually serve this with broccoli and another fruit or vegetable.  My husband absolutely loves this.

Thursday: Slow Cooker Cashew Chicken from I King Ideas.  You can find the recipe here http://ikingideas.net/2016/01/22/slow-cooker-cashew-chicken/

Friday: Crockpot Chili Macaroni and Cheese with this recipe from A Spicy Perspective that can be found here http://www.aspicyperspective.com/slow-cooker-chili-mac-and-cheese/

Saturday and Sunday: Saturday and Sunday will be my husband’s day to cook.  After working a few nights, I am tired and he is great at filling in.  I will let you know what he makes!
